Las Marías Wush Wush is a competition-grade coffee grown at 2,050 meters in the highlands of Quindío, Colombia. Originally sourced from the Wush Wush region of Ethiopia, this rare varietal is celebrated for its floral complexity, vibrant fruit notes of strawberry and passionfruit, and a refined sweetness.

Cultivated at Finca Las Marías—an estate led by third-generation producer José Giraldo—this coffee reflects a decade of focused genetic research and post-harvest innovation. It undergoes a meticulous washed process, beginning with selective harvesting at peak ripeness, followed by 120 hours of carbonic fermentation, and a 45-day slow drying on raised beds.
